Only 1.64 miles in 33:00 minutes. The elliptical was in use when I arrived, so I had to use the treadmill, which doesn't allow you to set your own pace as easily as an elliptical, you have to push the stupid button over and over again to find the right speed. Oh well. Felt good anyway.
